Notes:
- This command is part of the global Economy system.
- To prevent abuse, your Discord account must older than 30 days to use this command.
- Every transaction is subject to a mandatory 3% tax.
- Accidental payments cannot be refunded.
- You can only pay or be paid once every 24 hours.
