Use the pay command to give another user some of your Dyno Coins. A notification will be sent to the user’s DMs, including the message, if you provide one (URLs are not allowed in these messages).

Notes:
- This command is part of the global Economy module.
- To prevent abuse, your Discord account must older than 15 days to use this command.
- Every transaction is subject to a mandatory 3% transfer fee (rounded up). For example, if you send 100 coins to User A, User A will get 100 coins, and Dyno will take 3 coins, so in total you would be charged 103 coins.
- Accidental payments cannot be refunded.
- You can only pay or be paid once every 24 hours.
