Dyno has a few different logs which can be found on the website. This includes changes to the Bot settings via the Dashboard, Moderation actions performed by Moderators, Automoderation logs from where someone has triggered an Automod filter, and command logs from where someone has ran a command!
These logs are added whenever anyone with the Administrator permission or with a Manager Role has used your Dashboard to change a Bot setting. This will include the time of the change, the relevant user’s ID and Discord username, and what change they made.

Dashboard logs are deleted after 3 months.
These logs are added whenever one of your Server Moderators successfully uses a moderation command on a user which creates a mod log. This will include the time of the moderation, the case number, which action was performed, the user ID and Discord username of the user which was moderated, and the user ID and Discord username of the moderator.

These logs are added whenever a user triggers automod in your server. This will include the time of the automod violation, the user ID and Discord username of the user which triggered automod, and which filter they triggered.

These logs are added whenever a user successfully uses a command in your server. This will include the time when the command was used, the Discord username of the user which ran the command, which command they used, and the full content of the command message.

These logs are added whenever a user is warned by a moderator. This will include the time of the warning, the user ID and Discord username of the user which was warned, the user ID and Discord username of the moderator, and the reason for the warning.
To clear warnings from users in your server, you can use the ?clearwarn or ?delwarn commands. The server owner can also clear all warnings in the server by clicking the “Clear All Warnings” button on the “Warning Logs”.
