¶ Server Listing
Dyno provides a quality, well-made listing service that offers users a completely fair and unbiased list of servers for you to explore and join!
If you want to learn how to get your server listed today, this is the right place!
¶ How it works
Once you head over to dyno.gg/servers - you will see a list of servers, showing their server icon, member count, and description.
You can filter these servers based on votes count (default), member count, or random. Additionally, you can also narrow down the servers by applying specific categories!
We also enforce a CAPTCHA system to prevent spambots from joining your server through our site.
¶ How to list your server
- Head over to your account and select your server.
- You should see the
Server Listingtab on the left, click it. - You can then type up a concise and intriguing description to hook the user’s attention (200 characters max).
- Provide a permanent invite URL to your Discord server in the
Invite URLbox. - For the
Default invite channelbox, if Dyno ever needs to create a new invite (if your permanent invite gets deleted), this will be the channel that it creates it for. The channel needs to be public and recommended to be your welcome channel. - Provide your server language to allow us to advertise you to same-language users.
- Enter the categories that describe your server’s type. Unfortunately, the category options are limited at the moment but may be expanded to further help you characterize your server.
- Enter any tags that you want, these are keywords that will allow you to show up in more searches.
- The next 4 boxes are optional external links, allowing you to provide your Youtube, Twitter, Twitch, and Reddit links. These links are planned to show up in your listing in the future.
Servers that violate the Discord Terms of Service are strictly prohibited from listing on our service and are subject to being blacklisted from being listed in the future with no exceptions.
¶ Server Voting
When browsing the server list, the default sorting is by the current number of votes. The more votes a server has, the higher on the list it goes, making it far more visible to users looking to join a new server! To keep things fresh, a server’s total vote count resets monthly at UTC.
To vote your server, you and your fellow server members can use the /vote command. Each member can vote a server up to 2 times!
The most voted server also ends up on the main page of our website with some fancy highlights, making it even more visible!
