The AFK module allows users to set an AFK status inside of your server. If a user sets an AFK status, Dyno will leave a message displaying their AFK status whenever the user is mentioned. Dyno will automatically add “[AFK]” to the beginning of your nickname whenever you set an AFK status (if it has the permissions to).
Permissions Check
- Make sure Dyno has this permission in your server:
Manage Nicknames
Please note:
- To remove your AFK status, simply talk in any channel which isn’t ignored and Dyno will remove your status.
- Dyno will allow up to 30 seconds to pass before you are able to remove your AFK status. He makes sure you have time to say goodbye to your friends!
- Due to how Discord permissions work, Dyno can never change the owner’s nickname. As long as his role is above the role of any other using the command and he has the
Manage Nicknames
permission, he will change their nicknames.
