¶ Dyno Battles
Dyno Battles is a deck building card battle game where you can use the Dyno Coins to buy cards and battle other players.
¶ Arcade
The Arcade page on your account is the home of the Dyno Battles feature. From here you can see each Arena’s leaderboard, purchase Card Packs from the Shop, and manage the Cards you have unlocked.
Let’s dive into the currencies that Dyno Battles utilize:
Dyno Coins: Dyno Coins are free daily rewards earned through the Learn more about the Economy module here!
- Gems: Earn Gems by winning battles and climbing the Arena ladder. Dyno Members get additional Gems when opening card packs! Use Gems to fuse your cards and boost their power.
¶ Leaderboard
From the Leaderboard, you can see your - and other people’s - ranking for each season, and for each arena.
Seasons rotate monthly and help keep the leaderboard fresh. When a season changes, the leaderboard and your ranking resets.
Notes:
- You can click on a user’s profile to see their profile deck card; which includes their trophy count, faction, win/lose/tie count, arena, and their current deck. You can also use the deck command to see the same card on Discord.
- Matchmaking gets disabled 3 hours before the end of the season to ensure all battles finish safely in time.
¶ Shop
From the Shop, you can use your Dyno Coins to purchase Card Packs to unlock new cards from your selected faction, or get duplicates to upgrade your existing ones and make your deck stronger!
Dyno Members also get Gems when opening a Card Pack!
¶ Cards
You can see your cards and manage them through the Cards tab.
Each card has the following attributes: ATK & DEF stats, has unique Skills, and belongs to one of the following classes:
- Attack: Cards that hit like a truck and defend like a paper bag.
- Defense: Cards that have a massive defense, but deal very little damage.
- Balanced: Cards that split the difference at half and half; so average damage and defense.
- Area of Effect (AOE): Cards that spread damage across multiple targets.
- Blockers: Cards that have zero attack and act as a wall for your team.
- Boss: The cards that are your heavy hitters, and they come with a rule: Nobody touches your boss until every minion in front of them is dead. Your formation is a keep, and the boss is the treasure behind it!
Additionally, you select a faction to represent in battles. Each faction has different and unique cards, and with different abilities and lore! At this time, the only available faction is the Light one, with more to come in the future.

¶ Fusing
Once you have collected enough duplicates you’ll see the fuse icon
hovering over it which means you can upgrade it.
¶ Battling
¶ Overview
Battle against other players through the battle command to climb your way through the arenas! When you reach a new arena, you also get some gems! Pay the battling cost (which varies based on your arena), and then start a fight against another random Discord user!
During the battles you don’t need to do anything, just sit back and let your equipped cards do all the heavy lifting for you! The cards that end up participating in the battle will get XP, making them stronger and stronger overtime.
Quick tip: if you want to level up a specific card in your deck, it’s more effective to also remove any high-level cards since they may take out the opponents before the card you want even gets a chance to fight. Remember, only the cards that actually participate gain XP!
After a battle is over, you either win or lose some trophies and coins based on the result. If you win, you steal some coins from your opponent, and if you lose, they steal some from you! In case of a tie, you simply lose nothing and get the battling cost back. During battle, the cards that have participated also gain XP, making them stronger!
Pro tip: the attacker always has the edge, as they always strike first! That way the more you battle, the higher your odds of winning compared to players that are sitting ducks!

Keep winning battles to get trophies and climb the arenas! When you reach a new arena, you will also claim a few Gems!

¶ Seasons
Seasons represent time periods throughout the year. Each season represents a different month, and once it resets, so do the player rankings! That way matchmaking stays fresh, and you also always have the chance to climb the leaderboards in next season without feeling like you’re falling behind!
