With a Membership subscription you can elevate your personal experience with Dyno by unlocking cosmetic perks and benefits across servers that use Dyno features!

¶ Membership Features
Depending on your Membership plan you get access to these features. With more to come in the future!

The Global Economy/XP boosts don’t stack with each other. For example, if you have a Diamond Membership your global XP boost will be 3%, not 6%. Likewise, with a Diamond Membership your global coins boost will be 100%, not 270%.
¶ Profile Card Backgrounds
With a Membership, you can apply your background image to:
- Your profile card and XP leaderboard in servers that have the Levels module enabled.
- The global Economy Coins leaderboard.
- The AFK module responses when you get pinged.
Keep in mind you cannot upload your own custom images.

¶ Get a Membership
- Head over to the Memberships page.
- Be sure to
Loginbefore attempting to subscribe. - Select whether you want to
Bill MonthlyorBill Annually. If you choose to pay annually, you save 2 months compared to a monthly plan! - Click the Subscribe button for the plan you want and a pop-up will appear.
- Choose your preferred payment method. Debit/Credit Cards as well as PayPal are accepted.
- After you’ve purchased your subscription, check out how to manage your subscription!

¶ Manage Your Membership
¶ Manage Rank Card Background
- Head over to your account page.
- Click on the “Membership” tab at the top.
- You can manage your profile rank card here.
¶ Modify Subscription
- Head over to your account page.
- Click on the “Membership” tab at the top, and then on the “Manage” tab.
- From here you can modify your subscription (upgrade/downgrade to a different plan, cancel/reactivate the subscription) by clicking the
Change Subscriptionbutton under it. You can also Change the Payment Method, or view your Invoices.
To request a refund, please join our support server, message our ModMail bot (Dave#9721), and select the Subscription/Payment Issues option.
Please include the user ID and email address of the account used to purchase the membership. All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
¶ Important Notes
- Charges for your membership subscription will be made through “Swift Media Entertainment”, our parent company.
- You can purchase a subscription via Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. Prepaid or re-loadable cards and PayPal balances cannot be used to purchase a membership since it is a recurring subscription, you must use a bank-issued card or have one attached to your PayPal account in order for the transaction to be successful.
- While Premium subscriptions unlock additional features for Dyno across an entire server, Memberships are different - they give you personal perks tied to your own account that follow you across servers.
