With premium, you get Premium-dedicated support, better uptime, faster speeds and 100 messages cached per channel, rather than 10! More specifically, depending on your Premium plan you also get access to these features:

On top of the limit increases above, servers with a Premium/Custom subscription also get unlimited YouTube, Twitch, Reddit, TikTok and Kick feeds!
In order to prevent abuse, limits marked as “Unlimited” have some soft-limits. If you hit a soft-limit, please join our support server and message our ModMail bot, Dave#9721 and ask for an increase along with the server’s ID!
¶ Upgrade To Premium
Here you can find instructions on how to upgrade to Premium depending on the plan you want to purchase.
- Head over to the Premium page.
- Be sure to
Loginbefore attempting to subscribe. - Select whether you want to
Bill MonthlyorBill Annually. If you choose to pay annually, you save 2 months compared to a monthly plan! - Click the Subscribe button for the
StandardorPremiumplan and a pop-up will appear. - Choose your preferred payment method. Debit/Credit Cards as well as PayPal are accepted.

There are 2 ways you can upgrade to Premium through Discord:
¶ Via Dyno’s Profile
- Head to the server you want to purchase the subscription for.
- Open Dyno’s profile and then click on the
Upgradebutton, then follow the steps to purchase premium via Discord.
¶ Via the App Directory
- Head to the server you want to purchase the subscription for.
- Navigate to your Server Settings > App Directory.
- Search for and select “Dyno”.
- If you haven’t already, you can add the bot to your server from this page.
- Click on the
Premiumtab. - Click on the
Upgradebutton and follow the steps to upgrade to premium via Discord.
Important Notes!
- If you kick the normal Dyno from the server, Discord will automatically cancel your subscription.
- This subscription type is non-transferrable.
- This process is handled completely by Discord, similar to how you would upgrade to Discord Nitro. Any payment concerns or refunds you will need to contact Discord Support. You can find more info by reading this Discord Article.
- You must do this in the server you want to upgrade to premium for. If you do not, the wrong server may receive the premium benefits.
- The
Custom Premiumplan is not available for purchase through Discord at this time.
- Head over to the Premium page.
- Be sure to

This subscription type will require you to create your own application through Discord’s Develoeprs Portal while following our setup wizard.

You can also gift your friends a Premium subscription!
- Head over to the Premium page.
- Be sure to
Loginbefore attempting to purchase the gift. - Select whether you want to
Bill MonthlyorBill Annually. If you choose to pay annually, you save 2 months compared to a monthly plan! This will be a one-time purchase, in other words you will only buy the gift for one month or for one year. - Click the Gift button for the
StandardorPremiumplan and a pop-up will appear. - Choose your preferred payment method. Debit/Credit Cards as well as PayPal are accepted.
- After you’ve purchased your gift, you’ll be given a link that you can give to your friend to redeem! You can also tell them to check out how to manage the subscription!
Notes

- The Custom Premium plan is not currently giftable.
- You can also find the gift link in the Premium page (as long as it hasn’t been redeemed yet).
¶ Manage Your Premium
¶ Activate A Server
- Head over to your account page.
- Click on the “Servers” tab at the top and then “Premium”.
- Scroll down the page and look for the “Add Server” button. Click this button.
- First, under the “Subscription” drop down, choose the subscription which you would like to use.
- Then, from the “Server” drop down, choose the server which you would like to make premium.
- Then, “Choose your look” this will select the bot that will be invited to your server and activated with premium.
- Click the “Activate” button. The server will be activated instantly!
- You will now be given the option to invite the premium bot you picked, or you can copy the invite link if you purchased premium for a friend.
¶ Manage Activated Servers
You can manage your currently activated servers here, if you need to reinvite, change the Premium Bot or Deactivate a server you can do so from this list.
Deactivating will result in the Premium Bot leaving your server instantly.
¶ Modify Subscriptions
You can edit a subscription by clicking the Change Subscription button under it.
From here you will be able to change the payment method, upgrade to a different Premium plan or cancel the subscription.
Cancelling a Premium subscription is irreversible.
To request a refund, please join our support server, message our ModMail bot (Dave#9721), and select the Subscription/Payment Issues option.
Please include the user ID and email address of the account used to purchase premium. All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
¶ Manage Activated Servers
- Head over to your account page.
- Click on the “Servers” tab at the top and then “Premium”.
- You can manage your currently activated servers here, if you need to reinvite or change the Premium Bot you can do so from this list.
You cannot deactivate a server through this page if it is activated through a Discord subscription. To deactivate a server, you need to cancel the subscription. You can find more info by reading this Discord Article.
¶ Modify Subscriptions
You cannot modify (cancel or update the payment method) a Discord subscription through our website, you need to do so from your Discord settings. You can find more info here.
This process is handled completely by Discord, similar to how you would upgrade to Discord Nitro. Any payment concerns or refunds you will need to contact Discord Support. You can find more info by reading this Discord Article.

- Then, from the “Server” drop down, choose the server which you would like to make premium.
- Click the “Activate” button. The server will be activated instantly!
- You will now be given the option to copy the invite link, simply paste it in your browser and invite the custom bot!
¶ Manage Activated Servers
You can manage your currently activated servers here, for Custom Premium servers you can only copy the invite link if you need to re-invite the bot or you can also deactivate the server.
¶ Modify Custom Bots
Custom Premium allows you to customize your bot’s username, avatar and status, to do so head to your Custom Bots page. You can also head to your Account page, click on the “Servers” tab at the top and then "Custom Bots".
From this page, you can edit your custom bots as well as restart them. Editing allows you to change your custom bot’s playing status, as well as the avatar, the username and online status.
We do not recommend naming your custom bot “Dyno”, “Dyno Premium”, or any other bot name to avoid your custom bot getting disabled by Discord for impersonation.
¶ Modify Subscriptions
You can edit a subscription by clicking the Change Subscription button under it. From here you will be able to change the payment method or cancel the subscription.
Cancelling a Premium subscription is irreversible.
To request a refund, please join our support server, message our ModMail bot (Dave#9721), and select the Subscription/Payment Issues option.
Please include the user ID and email address of the account used to purchase premium. All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you changed the bot’s tokens through Discord’s Developers portal, you can click on Configure Custom Bot and follow the instructions in the setup wizard to reconfigure the bot.
Not configuring the bot correctly, will result in the custom bot not working properly (if at all), so pay attention to the instructions you’re given!
For Custom Premium, you can click the Manage Servers button to change the amount of servers you want to use with this custom bot for a pro-rated price.
You can only use one custom premium subscription for one custom bot, you will be adding the same bot to each server with this method. If you want to use a different custom bot for a different server you will need to purchase an additional custom premium subscription.
¶ Premium Options
¶ View Invoices
You can view all your past invoices/reciepts by clicking View Invoices in the Premium page.
Tip: You can enter Company info by clicking the
⚙️Settingstab at the top of the page.
This will allow your invoices to contain important info such as company name and address for tax purposes.
¶ Support Access
You can manage users from your server who you want to access our premium support by using the Manage Support Access button in the Premium page. Users you add here will be given the Premium role in our support server, and will be able to open support tickets on your behalf. Please note however that they will not be given access to personal info or sensitive server information unless they are the user who purchased premium or the server owner. You can only add one user per subscription.

¶ Important Notes
- Charges for your premium subscription will be made through “Swift Media Entertainment”, our parent company.
- You can purchase a subscription via Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. Prepaid or re-loadable cards and PayPal balances cannot be used to purchase premium since it is a recurring subscription, you must use a bank-issued card or have one attached to your PayPal account in order for the transaction to be successful.
- After you have invited your premium bot make sure to move the new
Dynorole in the role hierarchy, otherwise multiple modules will not work properly! - Please keep in mind that due to a discord limitation, upon inviting a premium bot, any existing embeds created through the Message Embedder module and any existing Reaction Role Menus will need to be cloned in order to be editied and/or function properly.
